We have been awarded with the "Technical Achievement Award" from Japan Cutting & Wear-resistant Tool Association (JTA) for the technological advancement of our 2 flute ball end mill CWLB series. The micro flatland design at the tip of the ball end mill greatly improves surface roughness and mirror surface finish when finishing with the tip of the tool. As the flatland design is minute and maintains high ball radius accuracy, this product can be used in the same way as a normal ball end mill.

Since 2012 we've been launching UDC series designed for milling cemented carbide.
UDCMX series was developed by applying
UDC coating for drills. We received the award for achieving low-cost and fast "drilling" of
cemented carbide which was
not practical with existing diamond coated drills for hard and brittle materials because of
short tool life.Currently a
lineup of UDCMX series is expanded to φ7.
