This table shows routing parameters for RCM, RHM, SCM, SC, RLE series.

This routing parameter table is based on the FR-4 (t1.6mm, no copper layer) and the BT resin (t0.2/t0.4), and it is likely not to suit for other base materials. The process quality may be influenced by the machine, panel setup method, and also routing method, where the routing parameter needs to be changed according to the circumstances.
