PCB Drills:We received an award from Japan Cemented Carbide Tool Manufacturers' Association for technical achievement service

<Development of PCB composite type drills with anti-vibration design>
PCB composite type drills were developed where cemented carbide drastically reduced with anti-vibration property similar to solid type. And not just anti-vibration property, but also developed special diffusion bonding method, possessing high reliability tools.

 

<Development of DLC coating 'ULF' for PCB tools>
Recently PCB drills are advancing to ultra micro diameters, but the main problem is the improvement of breakage resistant against the trials for increase of PCB panel stack height with the extension of tool life and the improvement of drilling efficiency. We developed DLC coating 'ULF' is developed which drastically improved the breakage resistant for such ultra micro diameter PCB drills.
Mass production also has been successful, and achieved longer tool life.
