JPCA Show 2010

We appreciate your coming to our booth at JPCA Show 2010 during our exhibition. And, we also appreciate your participating in NPI presentation by us. Thank you very much.
We exhibited a lot of drilling data including our original technology "ULF coating" this year. We introduce some contents as follows.
-Drilling Performances by ULF coated drills ø0.05-ø0.2
-Routing Performance by ULF coated router ø2.0 Aluminium Slit Routing
-Diamond coated router ø2.0
-The expansion of target to 3.175mm shank bonding drills
-The most advanced technology: Composite type 2mm shank drills
ULF coated drill is expected to increase panel stack height as conventional drills can not achieve. We will expand the applicable area from now on, and will continue our development in order to contribute to cost reduction for more customers.
And, we have started with sales for composite type drills for 2mm shank as the newest technology, with growing demand. Existing composite technology has an anxiety to cause drill breakage or damages of spindles due to the effect of run-out, however our unique damping design dramatically makes run-out small.

Introduction of New End Mills
Here, we introduce our new End mills products.
We are pleased to present you the new series in the market.
HSB: 2 Flutes HARDMAX (HM) coated Ball End mills for high hardness materials
HSLB: 2 Flutes HARDMAX (HM) coated Long Neck Ball End mills for high hardness materials
- For milling high hardness mold material, more than 40HRC hardness, the milling performance efficiency, tool life, surface quality has increased.
- New HARDMAX (HM) coating has improved its oxidation resistivity, while maintaining the hardness
- The rigidity of tool and better work surface are performed by designing the rake angle at the point to obtuse angle (negative angle) and adjustment of the rake angle around the outer circumference.
- Milling performance is stable with any case, such as presence of Airblow, Oil Mist, Water Soluble, Oil.
ULF coated drills
ULF is unique DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) film developed by Union Tool.
It improves tool breakage of ultra-micro PCB drills with many stacked panels and longer tool life.
ULF coated drill will contribute to cost reduction for PCB manufacturing.
