Hole Qualities		UT tolerance (ø0.3 mm) : 0.006 mm or less
	If they are symmetrical, there is no serious effect on registration accuracy.

Countermeasure (Setting of drill point)
1. Adjust drill position and cross hairlines
	Primary Flare
	Reposition the drill bit slightly to the left of the cross hairline. Adjust cross hairline after grinding.
	Primary Taper
	Reposition the drill bit slightly to the right of the cross hairline. Adjust cross hairline after grinding.

2. Adjust the magnification of microscope to recognize drill position well.

3. Tighten fixture screws not to move the cross hairline.
	-. Tighten the microscope height adjust screw -. Tighten the microscope lens screw -. Reduce the amount of shock absorber extension.

4. Adjust the universal joint (Correcting runout)
